Booking terms

• A 20% down payment confirms your booking; the balance is settled on arrival.

• We hold your booking for 24 hours. If we do not receive your payment proof by then, it expires and your slots are released.

• If you cancel, your booking is non-refundable, including no-shows and unused services. For medical reasons, we review the request and require supporting documents such as a medical certificate.

• If the Coast Guard or Dreamer cancels due to weather or safety, you get a full refund or free rebooking.

• Be at the meet-up point at least 30 minutes before departure.

• Joiner baggage limit is 7 kg per guest, so pack light (a backpack is best). Bags over 7 kg are not guaranteed a space: the driver is not liable for extra baggage, and the item will be left behind.

• Baggage allowance is 7–10 kg per guest.
