Privacy Notice

Who we are

Dreamer Travel and Tours ("Dreamer", "we") is a tour operator based at Brgy. 83B Cogon, San Jose, Tacloban City, Leyte. This notice explains how we handle your personal information when you plan, book or pay for a trip on this website.

What we collect

• Lead guest details: name, email, mobile number, nationality and pick-up hotel.
• Trip details: destinations, travel dates, number and type of guests (adult, senior/PWD, child, infant), and special requests.
• Optional emergency contact name and number.
• Payment records: amount, payment method, reference number and the receipt image you upload.
• If you request a Car Insurance or CTPL quote: your name, mobile number, email, province, and vehicle details (year, make and model, plate or conduction sticker, value, how it is used, and ownership).
• If you book a car or van rental: your name, mobile number, email, rental schedule, pick-up location, destination, and a copy of your driver's license. Only our staff can view your license, and it is used only to approve your rental.
• If you create an account: your login email and a securely hashed password.
• If you continue with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.

Why we use it

• To prepare your quotation, confirm your booking and issue your travel voucher and itinerary.
• To arrange your tour with the service providers who run it (van, boat, resort or hotel, entrance fees) and to prepare passenger lists required by authorities such as the Philippine Coast Guard.
• To verify your payment and contact you about your trip, including weather-related changes.
• To apply senior citizen, PWD or child discounts when you present a valid ID.
• To prepare and follow up on the insurance quote you asked for, through our licensed AXA Philippines Financial Advisor, and to encode your details with AXA Philippines.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your trip or insurance: our drivers and tour guides, the boat operators, resorts and hotels on your itinerary, AXA Philippines for insurance you request, and government agencies when the law requires it. Our website and email are hosted by third-party providers who process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for your trip and for our tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Payment receipt images are kept only as long as needed to resolve any payment question.

How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted (https) connection. Receipts and booking records are stored privately and only our staff can view them. Guests can open their own booking only with their reference number and email.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing dreamertravelandtours.co@gmail.com or calling 0930 713 9665. If you believe your data privacy rights were violated, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
